Seems the new MN Lakemaster Chip has many lakes in Western Wisconsin? I can't find this on the LakeMaster site but rumor has it.......any one vouch for this?

Yes the new chip has some western Cheeseland lakes on it. The new chip is worth getting. You won't be fising on land with the new one either.
