Back in 80's, the king of tv sportscasters in Topeka, Kansas, was Ron Paradis. Known for his somewhat strange wit, Ron disdained fishing segments on a sportscast. So much so, that when pressed to do them, he came up with the "Ron's Rod 'n Reel" segments. Enjoy the first of two funny sports moments at WIBW-TV in the 80s.
