This is underwater ice fishing video featuring a largemouth bass that had been contemplating eating our shiner. The bass had been swimming in and out of camera view for about three minutes not quite ready to eat. Notice on the left side of the screen as a small fish quickly leaves the scene indicating another hungry predator has arrived. Our friend the largemouth has waited too long as a northern pike comes in out of nowhere and steals the bass’s meal.
