FishFever

This clip features Chris Munchow fighting and landing a 36” class northern pike hooked while chasing muskies on the 2006 Minnesota muskie Opener. Chris was throwing a Reef Hawg Twist on a mid-lake weed bar when the pike hit. The fish missed the erratic lure on the strike and somehow ended up getting hooked in the back. Before he got a look at the fish, it took a considerable amount of drag and for a few moments at least, Chris thought he had hooked up with a very big muskie.
